FG created a unique Flash application tool that allows users to upload photos, customize them with captions or custom props, and then tag them with unique terms to allow for ease of search. FG also created gallery pages for users to view other captioned photos, touts that indicated which users had uploaded and captioned the most photos, and a weekly contest that allowed user to caption specific photos and rate the work of other users. The application was then integrated with Lifetime’s Drupal platform to allow for flexible and simple staff administration. By enabling users to customize their photographs with captions and props that they could then share with others, FG was able to create a highly viral site that’s proven to be a great success for the online presence for Lifetime Networks.
